Elaine has accumulated experience of 8 years in corporate finance and was involved in structuring and implementing various types of corporate proposals, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and placement exercises in Malaysia.
Elaine graduated with Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Accounting in 2007 and began her career as a Fund Accounting Executive with HLG Unit Trust Bhd. In 2008, she joined AmInvestment Bank Berhad a Corporate Finance Executive and moved on to Alliance Investment Bank Berhad as a Manager. Subsequently in 2013, as career advancement she joined RHB Investment Bank Berhad. Elaine then joined the Minority Shareholders Watch Group in July 2017 to October 2018, monitoring public listed companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for breaches and non-compliance in corporate governance practices as well as their financial performance as well as actively involved in minority shareholders activism.
